It's underground and the vibe is pretty early 90s. Kinda dressy with live music. Their cocktails are fantastic.

Ok, I will admit, the location and ambiance were awesome!! Loved the tunnel entrance and the decor. But being from NYC we have been to some of the best speakeasies, and where Palmer falls short are the cocktails, and that's pretty important. We were underwhelmed by the drinks. So much so we called it a night after one round. For charging high prices, much like NYC, they failed to deliver in my opinion. From a visitors point of view, I would suggest going upstairs to Mr. Wong's, where they have some outstanding drinks and amazing food.

We lovvvvvvved this bar!!!!! Came here because one of the only places open late on a Sunday.
The vibe and ambiance in here is killer!! Place is massive and one of the coolest speakeasys I've ever been to. Sad I couldn't pick this place up and take it with me back to Murcia.
One of the best grilled cheeses I've ever had and we had a solid cheese board. Droooooooool. -

Speakeasy decor with essential European antique exterior style.
This place was something one can envision in a movie place when having dark drinks in a cellar seemingly.
Loving' the vibes and treasure the drinks! -

I love, love, love Palmer & Co. Everything about it is over the top, but in all the right ways: the European-esque alleyway you walk through to get to the door, the decor, the drink menu, the fact that the servers are all dressed like it's 1922, I adore it all.
I've been here a handful of times, in fact I come here every time I'm in Sydney, and it never disappoints. The drink menu rotates but always has unique gems.
This is an absolute MUST on your Sydney list!
